Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of conference registration must be done in writing email to iescon2026@gmail.com
  • Registrations cancelled before 31st May 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations cancelled before 31st July 2026 will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations cancelled from 1st August 2026 onward will not be eligible for any refund. (GST will not be considered for refund.)
  • Registrations cannot be substituted.
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference within a two-month period.
  • IESCON 2026 reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, fire, explosion, accidents, property breakdown, legal changes, pandemics, or global health crises.
  • IESCON 2026 reserves the right to modify the conference’s timing, dates, and venue without any liability to the participants.
  • IESCON 2026 reserves the rights to modify the scientific schedule, the speaker list, conference presentation schedule, pre-conference courses without any liability and legal repercussion.
  • By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant indemnifies IESCON 2026 and holds it harmless against any loss, damage, injury, actions, proceedings, or claims arising from their actions or omissions during the conference.
