Guidelines For Abstract and Final Presentation Submission
- Scientific committee invites delegates and students to submit the Papers and Posters for consideration and inclusion into scientific program of 34th IESCON 2026. The presentations will be held on 8th October 2026.
- The Presenter should be a registered delegate of the conference.
- Work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at national and international meetings. The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
- The medium of communication should be English.
- Only original research and case reports pertaining to Endodontics will be accepted for competitive category.
- Only 1st year MDS students are allowed to present narrative review pertaining to Endodontic Topics as Posters which will be under Non-competitive category.
- The abstract for the presentation should be uploaded to the website on or before 31st July 2026.
- The maximum number of participants is restricted to 1 per paper presentation and 2 per poster presentation.
- Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
- Abstracts and the presentations once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
- Final posters are to be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format using Microsoft 2010 PowerPoint or later version only. Maximum size of the file should not exceed 25 MB. PPT for the poster presentation should be a single slide which will be displayed on the prescribed day.
- Final Paper/Poster is to be submitted on or before 10th September 2026.
- It is mandatory to rename the file to be uploaded with your conference registration number and also mention your conference registration number in the presentation. Do not mention your institution names and guide names on your presentation.
- Presentation time for paper is 8 minutes and poster is 3 minutes. There will be a maximum of only 2 minutes’ discussion following the presentation.
- The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
- Presentation Certificates will be provided for all the presenters who have registered for the conference.
